The International Road Maintenance Day 2019 reached an online audience of over one million users

It was the second consecutive year that this event dedicated to raising awareness about road maintenance, organised by ASEFMA and broadcast online live by ITAFEC, was held. It brought together in Madrid politicians, academics and representatives of entities related to the road sector who discussed the influence of the state of pavement on CO2 emissions. According to TweetBinder, the online audience for the event held in Madrid exceeded 1.188.992 users and reached 14.772.788 million impressions.

Regarding the most active users who tweeted the hashtag #IRMD2019, the IRMD official profile (@IRMD2019) led the debate with 341 tweets, followed by ITAFEC (@itafec) with 296, ASEFMA (@asefma_es) with 271, the president of the AMAAC board Raymundo Benítez (@asphaltdefender) with 241, the Department of Road Engineering of the UAX (Departamento de la Ingeniería de Carreteras de la UAX), whose profile is @ingecarreteras, with 148 and the president of ASEFMA Juan José Potti (@jjpotti) with 125 tweets.
